Privacy notice
Bathrooms East Lothian publishes Bathrooms East Lothian. This page sets out what personal information the site handles, why it is handled, and what you can ask for.
Information collected here
Very little indeed. Nothing on Bathrooms East Lothian requires you to identify yourself, and reading a page leaves no record with Bathrooms East Lothian.
A message sent to Bathrooms East Lothian is held, together with the details you include in it, so that it can be answered.
Records held by the hosting provider
Serving a web page leaves a technical record with the hosting company. Such logs usually contain the requesting IP address, the address asked for and a timestamp. They belong to the host, are kept for security and operational reasons, and are not passed to Bathrooms East Lothian for analysis.
Use of what you send
The single use made of a message is answering it and handling whatever it concerns. Bathrooms East Lothian does not sell personal information and does not use it for advertising.
Sharing with others
Bathrooms East Lothian does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and nothing you send is passed to another organisation for its own purposes. Information would be disclosed only where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
No cookie is set by this site to recognise or follow you, and no analytics of its own are run. Where a page includes material embedded from another service, for example a map panel, your browser contacts that service directly, and it may store cookies under its own terms. Bathrooms East Lothian has no access to them.
What you can ask for
You have the right to see the personal information Bathrooms East Lothian holds about you, to have errors corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to it being held. Any of these can be requested with Bathrooms East Lothian directly, and Bathrooms East Lothian will answer. The Information Commissioner's Office is the UK regulator, and you can take a complaint there at any point.
